About Us

Feeding takes place twice a day, am & pm, and more often for kittens, elderly cats or cats with special needs. 

A small range of the top brand cat foods, both wet and dry, are kept to allow us to keep a cats diet the same or as close to the one they are used to.

 Clients are invited to provide their own food where possible. 

If a client would like any other specific food, then they are asked to provide this for the duration of the cats stay. 

We do have the facility to store fresh food if necessary. 

All food will be stored away from vermin and in a cool dry place.

Food and water will be kept separate and also away from litter trays. 

Food and water bowls will be cleaned after each meal and disinfected between different cats or at least once a week. 

These must also be non-porous and replaced if damaged. 

All units will be tidied daily and any areas cleaned if necessary. 

Litter trays to be checked regularly. 

Pet friendly disinfectant will be used throughout the cattery and soft furnishings will be cleaned using a steam cleaner. 

All units will be thoroughly disinfected between different cats and all bedding wash at a high temperature.

All cleaning products will be kept secure and never left within a cat unit.  

Hot and cold water is available to allow staff to wash their hands.
