Operating procedures

Pre arrival:

Customers will be emailed a booking form to fill in before their arrival date. This form will include terms and conditions.

Drop off:

Customers can arrive during the below hours, by appointment only.

MON to SAT:   9:30am till 12:00 noon 

                          4:00pm till 6:00pm

SUN:                 9:30am till 12:00 noon

Customers will need to show a valid vaccination card upon arrival. Any flea/worming information will need to be added on the booking form pre arrival.

Payment to be made either before or on arrival via bank transfer, card, or cash. 

On arrival customers must call the number on their booking form and a member of staff will come to greet them before they enter the cattery.

Pick up: 

Collection is again during the above hours, by appointment only.

Customers must again call the cattery to inform them of their arrival and a member of staff will again come to greet them.

Any extra days, for example due to delayed flights, must be paid for before the cat leaves the cattery.

1 CAT   £14.00 per day

2 CATS (sharing a double room)   £22.00 per day

3 CATS (sharing a family room)  £28.00 per day

4 CATS (sharing a family room)  £32.00 per day

Charges also apply for day of arrival and day of departure.
